The Greatest Challenge to Our Religion

Hello! This week, we reflected on the greatest challenge facing our doctrine and realized that it is staying healthy in a world designed to make us sick.

Because it wasn't enough that they lied to us our whole lives, falsified true human history, created an unfortunate calendar, and imprisoned us in an ineffective and unjust system, in our morality and our means of livelihood, they also attack us where it is most precious: our health.

Let’s look at the example of the food pyramid. They used to tell us to fill up on vegetables, then carbohydrates, and finally consume just a little protein. The result? Millions of people were deceived and acquired terrible diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension, costing thousands of lives.

Not only that: they also taught us to fear a simple fried egg, meat fat, cheese, and natural butter, just to push vegetable oils, margarines, and various ultra-processed products on us.

Not only that: they ran defamation campaigns against raising animals such as rabbits, an animal that reproduces quickly, surpassing poultry and cattle in speed of reproduction, while providing protein in a short time and requiring very little space.

They encouraged our children to depend on artificial milks packed with chemicals, many containing sugar and other additives. Many babies grow up already obese, sick, and weak for the rest of their lives.

And now that awareness about food has arrived, we face other challenges, such as replacing real food with items that merely mimic the flavor of the original food. Not only that: they convinced everyone to abandon the countryside and stop producing their own food, leaving them completely dependent on large corporations and supermarkets.

And finally, they raised the price of all healthy foods to force everyone to consume cheap, fake food. As an example, notice how buying real cheese, butter, and quality meat is getting more expensive every day.

And while massive campaigns encouraged us toward veganism, many billionaires buy large acres of land and raise cattle fed on craft beer to make the meat tender. In short: “Top-quality meat for me; vegetables full of pesticides and GMOs for you; good education for my children; digital addictions and chemical-stuffed cookies for yours.”

As we can see, our greatest current challenge before the world is trying to live a healthy life. The system, as some call it, is completely pitted against everything that is good and beneficial for our health, education, and well-being. We must remain vigilant regarding any information coming from the system. In fact, maintaining a healthy skepticism toward medicine is also necessary.

Adopt a diet rich in natural proteins and vegetables, preferably free of pesticides, or produce your own food if you have the space. Almost completely avoid all ultra-processed foods, especially those that only have flavorings and contain no real food.

May the Eternal bless us in His perfect path, always.

Aisi
