How You Curse Your Own Life

Many people today are cursing their own lives — often without even realizing it. But how does this happen?

It begins in the mind, with the thoughts you choose to cultivate. If you constantly feed on negativity about yourself and everything around you, you are already opening the door to destruction.

From there, it turns into words. People get used to cursing themselves — saying they are weak, incapable, unworthy — both to themselves and to others. These words are not harmless. They shape your reality.

And then, it spreads even further: through what you consume. Music filled with despair, songs that glorify betrayal or failure, movies that feed fear and hopelessness — all of these fill your mind with poison. When you allow these voices to dominate your life, you are literally inviting negativity into your own soul.

All of this curses your life. Thoughts give birth to words, words give birth to actions, and actions create your destiny. Beyond that, you also attract destructive energies you cannot see — but they feed on this very atmosphere of negativity.

So I ask you: if I truly desire a full, prosperous, joyful, and meaningful life, why would I think, speak, and consume what is negative?

If I want to be confident, I cannot keep repeating that I am shy. If I want prosperity, I must speak and learn about how wealth is built, not dwell on scarcity. If I want a healthy relationship, I cannot keep feeding on songs and movies that glorify brokenness and betrayal. And I must step away from groups or movements that only speak with bitterness against the opposite sex.

Yes, this also means creating distance — even from relatives, friends, or people you have known for years — if all they bring into your life is constant negativity. It may sound cruel, but it is necessary. You are not here to save the whole world. Each person is responsible for their own life. Your mission is to heal and strengthen yourself first, and by living as an example, you will inspire others.

Wake up. Notice what you allow into your mind. Notice the voices and influences around you. Cut off the music, the artists, the entertainment, and even the relationships that drag you backward instead of lifting you forward. Above all, change your thoughts, your words, your habits, even the way you nourish yourself and present yourself to the world. All of this builds a blessed mentality and lifestyle, far away from the destructive patterns of this world.

Your thoughts have the power to change your life. Your words can either curse or bless. Your actions can create blessings or destruction. Everything begins with the transformation of yourself — your inner world first.

May the Eternal bless us always!

Aisi~
